Galindo Creek is part of the headwaters of the Walnut Creek Watershed and runs from out of the northeast side of Mount Diablo State Park through the City of Concord, then, marges to Pine Creek. Most of Galind Creek is natural and the last about 1 mile is concrete, bank lined with concrete, before merges with Pine Creek.
