Creek Description

Laguna Creek flows underground near Rheem Valley and merges with Moraga Creek. Moraga Creek eventually flows into the Upper San Leandro Reservoir, which is managed by the East Bay Municipal Utility District. The reservoirspans the county line, and its outlet is in Alameda County. Water then runs through Alameda County to the San Francisco Bay. Laguna Creek has a total length of 3.2 miles, including both natural and underground sections.
