Creek Description

Moraga Creek runs into the Upper San Leandro Reservoir, managed by the East Bay Municipal Utility District. The reservoirspans the county line, and its outlet is in Alameda County. Water then runs through Alameda County to the San Francisco Bay. Moraga Creek is 4.7 miles long, and most of it remains in its natural state.
