
San Leandro Creek runs from the East Bay Regional Park District through the East Bay Municipal Utility District, then into the Upper San Leandro Reservoir, managed by the East Bay Municipal Utility District. The reservoirspans the county line, and its outlet is in Alameda County. Water then runs through Alameda County to the San Francisco Bay. The upper portion of San Leandro Creek is 100% natural creek and 4.76 miles long.
